Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. A $7.00 flat rate applies to all U.S. shipping addresses.

Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping at checkout to have your order processed and shipped same day (excluding weekends and holidays) for an additional fee.

We cannot cancel orders after they are placed. If you have multiple orders within the same day, please contact us at 1+(228)-200-7009 to combine your orders and we will refund one of the shipping cost if the first order has not already been processed and shipped.

RETURNS!

Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out!  Here’s what you need to know if that’s your case. 

All items must be shipped to Chandeleur Outfitters and postmarked within 10 days of being delivered. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. We are not responsible for any packages lost or missing in the shipping process. Ship the item back to our address:

All online orders and store orders that require shipping will be eligible for store credit ONLY within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. 

Store credits are eligible on non final sale items when postmarked within 10 days of being delivered. All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. Unworn & unwashed. Smoke, deodorant, make-up and perfume free. 

Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order that was provided at checkout. If you do not see your store credit in your inbox please check your spam folder. 

In-store pickup!

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Chandeleur Outfitters in Ocean Springs, MS. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10-6 Monday through Friday.
